Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and highly experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead Xoxodays global B2B marketing efforts. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Bengaluru, responsible for building and scaling multi-channel marketing programs across SEO, paid acquisition (AdWords), ABM, events, customer marketing, product marketing, and funnel acceleration.
This role carries strict SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) and deal-log targets, requiring proven expertise in designing high-impact marketing engines that can scale globallyespecially across the US B2B/SaaS market. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, deep understanding of modern AI-driven marketing stacks, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to fuel revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Define and own the global marketing strategy for demand generation, product positioning, brand visibility, and pipeline acceleration.
- Lead end-to-end marketing planning, execution, and performance management across multiple geographies and channels.
- Develop strategies aligned with business goals for revenue growth, market expansion, and competitive differentiation.
Demand Generation & Funnel Acceleration
- Build and scale high-performing demand generation engines across SEO, SEM, paid channels, ABM, and email automation.
- Own SQL-generation targets and ensure marketing pipeline directly contributes to global sales goals.
- Implement advanced attribution models to optimize marketing investments and demonstrate channel ROI.
- Drive funnel optimization, nurturing flows, and conversion programs to accelerate movement from MQL - SQL - closed-won.
Product Marketing & GTM Leadership
- Lead Product Marketing (PMM) efforts in messaging, positioning, competitive intelligence, and GTM strategy.
- Work closely with Product and Sales teams to define value propositions, launch motions, and content strategies.
Customer Marketing & Retention
- Build a robust customer marketing function focused on retention, upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy.
- Develop customer programs such as user groups, case studies, success stories, and NPS/engagement initiatives.
Brand, Content, and Thought Leadership
- Oversee content creation across blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, videos, and product collateral.
- Strengthen Xoxodays brand presence through thought leadership initiatives, influencer programs, and PR strategies.
- Utilize AI-driven tools to scale content, personalization, automation, and real-time insights.
Events & ABM Execution
- Lead global field marketing and event strategiesincluding enterprise conferences, partner summits, webinars, and virtual events.
- Oversee ABM campaigns targeting strategic enterprise accounts, with personalized content, experiences, and messaging.
Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and scale a large global marketing team covering acquisition, performance, PMM, events, design, and content.
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product teams to drive alignment and GTM success.
- Establish a culture of experimentation, innovation, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
Analytics, Reporting & Operational Excellence
- Define KPIs across pipeline, SQLs, CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and channel performance.
- Oversee dashboards, forecasting, and reporting for executive visibility.
- Optimize marketing processes, martech stack, and automation systems to enable scale and efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
- 8-12 years of experience across B2B marketing roles, with leadership experience in scaling global teams.
- Mandatory experience in B2B and/or SaaS marketing for the USA region - deep knowledge of the US enterprise buying landscape is essential.
- Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional marketing teams.
- Strong background in the technology or software industry; loyalty or incentives industry expertise is a strong plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of AI-driven marketing tools, automation platforms, analytics, and modern martech stacks.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex technology solutions.
- Expertise in content strategy, technical marketing, and storytelling.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Strong analytical mindsetcomfortable with experimentation, data interpretation, and performance optimization.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
