Role Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Finance with 5 to 7 years of corporate finance experience.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting standards, statutory compliance, financial planning, reporting, and internal controls.

- This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex financial workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting and Reporting:

- Ensure accurate accounting as per Indian Accounting Standards, GAAP, and Schedule III of the Companies Act

- Oversee month-end and year-end book closure and preparation of financial statements

- Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and annual operating plans

- Conduct variance analysis, ratio analysis, and budget tracking to support management decisions

Statutory Compliance and Taxation:

- Prepare and verify data for payment and filing of GST, TDS, PT, EPF, and other statutory obligations

- Ensure compliance with Company Law, FEMA, RBI regulations, MSME norms, customs laws, and international taxation requirements

- Liaise with statutory authorities and appear for assessments, audits, and hearings

- Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors and consultants to ensure smooth audit cycles

Reconciliations and Internal Controls:

- Manage inter-branch and business segment reconciliations and maintain accurate promoter and director account records

- Develop and implement SOPs, internal controls, KRAs, and company financial policies

Banking, Treasury and Investment Planning:

- Lead fund planning, treasury management, and short-term and long-term financial projections

- Analyze and execute investments and manage banking relationships and banking facilities

- Provide financial documentation and data support for due diligence and investor and banking requirements

Operational Excellence and Collaboration:

- Provide timely financial insights and recommendations for business initiatives

- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly visibility of financial tasks and reporting

- Collaborate with legal, operations, HR, and business teams for smooth financial operations

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Must-Have:

- Chartered Accountant with 5 to 6 years of experience OR MBA in Finance from a reputed institution

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GAAP, and Ind AS

- Good understanding of direct and indirect taxation

- Hands-on experience with Tally, ERP systems, and financial tools

- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have:

- Experience in a SaaS or technology environment

- Exposure to investor relations and due diligence processes

- Experience working with global teams or multi-entity structures
