Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our team at Xoxoday, working on our enterprise loyalty product.
As an individual contributor, you will take full ownership of delivering features end-to-end.
This is a hands-on role that goes beyond just writing feature specsits about seeing features through from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the entire product feature lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and stakeholders, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
- Develop deep expertise in customer needs and align features to provide impactful solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and act on feedback from internal and external sources to continuously improve product functionality.
- Take responsibility for driving feature execution from the fronthands-on involvement is a must.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of total experience in a product role or with combination of either technology or design.
- Hands-on experience working as a developer or designer within an organization is essential.
- Experience as a founder or co-founder, regardless of the company size, will be given preference.
- Strong ownership mentality with the ability to drive projects independently, from ideation to execution.
- A strategic thinker with attention to detail and a passion for building exceptional products.
- Ability to work from our Bangalore office in a hybrid mode.
