Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers while closing new business opportunities. This role involves handling the full sales cycle, presenting Xoxoday solutions to prospects, driving revenue growth, and maintaining a healthy pipeline. The ideal candidate is energetic, analytical, skilled in communication, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare thoroughly for sales calls through customer research, data analysis, and creating high-quality sales decks

- Lead calls with prospective clients, deliver customized pitches, and close deals independently

- Present Xoxodays products as strategic solutions to solve client business challenges

- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities with accurate forecasting

- Work across internal teams to manage complex opportunities and ensure smooth deal progression

- Support existing customers by understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for further collaboration

- Be flexible to work in shifts or support clients across global time zones

- Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills during all interactions

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Three to five years of experience in SaaS sales

- Ability to proactively hunt new business and manage an active sales pipeline

- Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills

- High energy, positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Strong listening skills and willingness to learn consultative selling techniques

- Proven ability to overcome objections and convert initial interest into qualified opportunities

- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask while maintaining quality

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take initiative and ownership

- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

You will work closely with the Sales team and report to a Sales Manager. You will collaborate with marketing, product, customer success, and other internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
