The VP of Revenue Operations & Sales GTM sits at the center of how we plan, execute, and measure revenue.
This role connects strategy with systems, data with decisions, and GTM ambition with operational reality.
You will own revenue operations end-to-end across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success and work closely with leadership to drive consistent global growth.

What Youll Do
Revenue Operations Leadership
- Lead and scale Revenue Operations across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
- Build predictable revenue through disciplined forecasting, pipeline health management, and capacity planning.
- Define, track, and continuously improve core SaaS metrics including pipeline coverage, conversion rates, win rates, CAC, LTV, churn, expansion, and quota attainment.
- Establish a single source of truth for revenue data, reporting, and performance insights.
Sales GTM Strategy
- Partner with the CRO and CEO to define and execute the global Sales GTM strategy.
