Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Field Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at planning, managing, and executing event-driven marketing activities. As an on-site specialist, you will lead end-to-end execution of events across formatsranging from boutique experiences and short-format activations to large-scale conferences. You will also contribute to demand generation initiatives, manage podcasts, and drive customer engagement programs.

This is a high-ownership role requiring creativity, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong ability to operate independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Strategy & Execution:

- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end logistics for diverse event formatsshort activations, workshops, partner events, exhibitions, and large-scale conferences.

- Ensure seamless delivery of events, including venue coordination, vendor management, collateral production, and on-ground setup.

- Own pre-event planning, day-of execution, and post-event operations, ensuring every detail aligns with brand standards.

- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align event objectives with pipeline and revenue goals.

Demand Generation & Field Engagement:

- Drive lead-generation activities through events, webinars, and localized marketing campaigns.

- Manage podcasts and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen brand storytelling and market presence.

- Create field marketing programs that target key customer segments, driving sustained interest and engagement.

- Support Sales with tailored marketing materials, event follow-ups, and audience engagement strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality event experiences.

- Partner with design, content, and digital teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

- Coordinate with regional and global teams for multi-market events, ensuring alignment with international standards and best practices.

Project Management & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of event budgets, timelines, vendors, registrations, and outcomes.

- Track KPIs, analyze event performance, and provide insights to optimize future activities.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadline discipline.

- Provide regular updates to leadership, highlighting event impact, ROI, and strategic recommendations.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with event trends, technologies, and marketing best practices.

- Introduce new event ideas, formats, and engagement strategies that elevate Xoxodays brand presence.

- Experiment with creative approaches to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Experience: 3-7 years of hands-on Field Marketing experience, with a proven track record of executing events end-to-end.

Global Experience: Mandatory exposure to international events, global audiences, and cross-market event standards.

Skills:

- Strong ability to function in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently with ownership mindset and accountability.

- Collaborative attitude with experience handling cross-functional communication.

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

Additional Advantage:

- Experience with podcast management, field engagement programs, or B2B event marketing.
