The Role:

This is one of the most impactful roles at Xoxoday. You will work directly with the Founder (Manoj Agarwal - https://www.linkedin.com/in/manojagarwal3/) to drive strategic initiatives, accelerate execution and solve complex cross-functional problems. You will operate across processes, product, AI, GTM and business operationsowning projects that don't naturally belong to any single team.

This is not a coordination role. It is a builder's role. You will be expected to understand problems deeply, use data to drive decisions, leverage AI aggressively, and ensure that important initiatives get executed at a very high quality.

What You'll Do:

- Partner closely with the Founder on strategic company initiatives.

- Drive execution across multiple functions in the organization.

- Own cross-functional projects from idea to implementation.

- Build operating mechanisms to improve execution speed across the company.

- Design dashboards and KPIs to monitor business and product performance.

- Use AI extensively to automate workflows and improve productivity across teams.

- Identify bottlenecks, remove execution gaps and ensure accountability.

- Build scalable operating processes instead of solving problems manually.

What We're Looking For:

- 5-12 years of experience in B2B SaaS, fintech or high-growth technology companies.

- Prior experience as founder or Founder's Office, business operations.

- Experience working directly with founders or CXOs.

- Outstanding analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

- Strong product thinking with the ability to simplify complex problems.

- Highly data-driven and comfortable with Excel, BI tools and metrics.

- Excellent understanding of AI tools and how to apply them in real business workflows.

- Exceptional project management and execution skills.

- Ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- High ownership and bias for action.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience at high growth startups, international experience, fintech, loyalty, rewards experience will be a plus.

- Previous startup founder or founding team experience.

- Built internal AI workflows or implemented AI across business functions.

- Product management experience is a strong plus.
