Role Overview:

- The AVP - Field Marketing will lead our global events strategy and execution, driving lead generation and prospect engagement across multiple geographies and product lines.

- This role demands a strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into high-impact field marketing programmes whilst maintaining hands-on excellence in execution.

- You'll orchestrate 100-150 annual events including 3rd party sponsorships and exclusive closed-door executive roundtables that accelerate pipeline velocity across our enterprise client base.

Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning:

- Develop annual and quarterly field marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets and geographic expansion priorities across India, GCC, SEA, Africa, and USA.

- Analyse regional market dynamics and buyer behaviour to inform event selection.

- Build data-driven event selection frameworks that prioritise ROI, audience quality, and strategic market entry.

Execution & Operations:

- Plan and execute events including trade shows, conferences, and closed-door executive roundtables.

- Manage end-to-end event logistics: vendor selection, venue negotiation, booth design, branding, collateral production, and on-ground activation.

- Oversee event calendar and budget allocation (USD 500-800K annually) across priority geographies.

- Create localised, culturally relevant experiences for regional markets, particularly in GCC, KSA, and SEA.

- Coordinate with SDR teams on pre-event prospecting, event-day engagement, and post-event follow-up.

- Manage relationships with local vendors, industry associations, and regional bodies.

- Lead your direct report and collaborate with the SDR team whilst maintaining hands-on involvement in execution.

Performance & Analytics:

- Track lead generation metrics, pipeline contribution, cost per lead, cost per opportunity, and event ROI.

- Conduct post-event analysis including attendee feedback, lead quality assessment, and conversion rates.

- Maintain dashboards in HubSpot showing real-time event performance and pipeline attribution.

- Present quarterly business reviews with insights and recommendations for strategic adjustments.

- Implement continuous optimisation frameworks for messaging, formats, and audience targeting.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Qualified leads generated per event and annually.

- Total pipeline value influenced and sourced by field marketing.

- Lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close conversion rates.

Event ROI:


- Revenue influenced vs investment.

- Cost per qualified lead and cost per opportunity by geography.

- Strategic event coverage across all priority markets.

Required Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of B2B events marketing experience in technology, SaaS, or fintech.

- Proven track record managing multi-geography event programmes with measurable pipeline impact.

- Advanced proficiency with HubSpot and marketing automation platforms.

- Strong analytical capabilities with experience building event ROI models.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-suite and Sales leadership.

- Outstanding project management across multiple concurrent initiatives.

- Cultural sensitivity for diverse markets, particularly GCC/MENA regions.


- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

- Willingness to travel frequently (40-50 PERCENT ) for event execution.
