Business Analyst & Project Manager (Financial Domain)

Location: PAN India

Job Overview:

We are looking for experienced professionals with a strong financial services background to work on digital transformation initiatives across multiple product domains. Candidates should have exposure across Fraud, Cards, Mortgages, AI, and Digital Products (not limited to a single domain).

Key Skills & Experience (Common for Both Roles):

- Exposure to Fraud, Cards, Mortgages & Digital Banking products

- Good understanding of AI technologies

- Experience in end-to-end Digital Transformation projects

- Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to lead deliverables, manage risks, and ensure timely execution

- Strong BA and/or PM capabilities

Important Notes:

- Candidates should not be domain SMEs (Payments, Insurance, etc.)

- Immediate / early joiners preferred

- Internal profiles are preferred over external candidates

Role-Specific Focus:

Business Analyst:

- Application requirements, solution design & testing exposure

- Requirement gathering, documentation & functional analysis

Project Manager :

- End-to-end delivery ownership

- Risk management and cross-team stakeholder coordination
