Xohani Solutions - Lead - Business Transformation

We are looking for a senior professional with deep expertise in business transformation, specifically within the consumer business domain. The ideal candidate excels in building strategic frameworks, crafting impactful executive PowerPoint presentations, and translating high-level KPIs (NPS, capacity planning, control points) into measurable business outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven transformation experience across operations, technology & service delivery

- Strong strategic communication and executive storytelling skills

- Background in business management / chief of staff is welcome if tied to transformation leadership

- Ability to partner with senior leaders and drive change end-to-end

Must-Have:

- MBA from a Tier-1 institution (IIMs / FMS)

- Experience leading large-scale transformation in consumer-focused organizations

Role Level & Flexibility:

- Scoped at VP level, but can consider strong Sr. VP talent

- Compensation is flexible for the right expertise & pedigree
