We're hiring a Paid Media Lead who can take ownership of paid acquisition on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), focusing specifically on customer acquisition from the US market. This role is key to scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) revenues across our brand portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing

Campaign Management: Develop and manage full-funnel paid media campaigns on Meta Ads for DTC brands targeting US consumers, ensuring results are ROI-positive.

Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns by analyzing key performance metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and LTV.

Strategic Targeting: Use pixel data and advanced segmentation to build high-intent custom and lookalike audiences, and enhance retargeting efficiency.

Creative Ideation: Partner with design and content teams to create compelling visual and copy assets that engage and convert.

Budget Control: Monitor ad spend across campaigns and ensure that investments are aligned with growth targets and margin thresholds.

Data & Reporting: Prepare weekly dashboards and insights for leadership to enable data-driven decision making and campaign refinement.

What Makes You a Fit

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta platforms for DTC products.

- Demonstrated experience in scaling monthly spend while keeping CAC in check.

- Familiarity with funnel structuring, campaign segmentation, and experimentation strategies.

- Comfort with performance tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel/Sheets.

- Experience targeting the US market is a strong plus.

- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and responsive to real-time data changes.
