About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Operations Lead to manage our Design Team and Catalog Operations vertical supporting Amazon marketplace clients. This role combines people management, workflow optimization, catalog governance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure high-quality deliverables, operational efficiency, and scalable execution across multiple brands and marketplaces.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in Amazon marketplace operations, creative production workflows, SOP management, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Team & Workflow Management

- Lead and manage the Design Team and Catalog Operations Team across multiple client accounts.

- Allocate resources, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of creative assets and catalog updates.

- Build scalable workflows and operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time.

- Monitor team productivity, quality metrics, SLAs, and delivery timelines.

- Conduct regular reviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations.

Catalog Operations

- Oversee end-to-end Amazon catalog management including:

- Product listings

- Variations and parent-child structures

- A+ Content coordination

- Flat file management

- Listing troubleshooting

- Inventory and suppression issue handling

- Ensure catalog accuracy, compliance, and optimization across marketplaces.

- Coordinate with account managers and advertising teams for listing launches and updates.

- Resolve listing errors, stranded listings, and backend operational issues.

Design Operations

- Manage creative production workflows for:

- Amazon listing images

- A+ Content

- Storefront creatives

- Brand campaigns

- Ad creatives

- Ensure brand consistency and marketplace compliance in all visual assets.

- Coordinate between designers, account managers, and clients to streamline approvals and revisions.

- Implement quality control processes for all creative outputs.

Process Improvement & Reporting

- Create and maintain SOPs, trackers, dashboards, and reporting systems.

- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement automation or process improvements.

- Track KPIs such as:

- Turnaround time

- Error rates

- Design revisions

- Catalog health metrics

- Team utilization

- Provide regular operational reports to leadership.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

- Act as the operational point of contact for internal teams and client stakeholders.

- Ensure smooth communication between catalog, design, advertising, and account management teams.

- Support onboarding of new brands and scaling of operational processes.

Required Qualifications

- 3-6+ years of experience in Amazon marketplace operations, catalog management, or agency operations.

- Experience managing teams in a eCommerce environment.

- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.

- Knowledge of Amazon listing guidelines, catalog structures, and creative requirements.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and workflow tracking tools.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with Amazon seller central and vendor central

- Understanding of Amazon advertising and marketplace growth strategies.

- Experience with SOP documentation and process automation.

- Basic understanding of design tools and creative review workflows.
