We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager focused on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads for the US market. If you're passionate about scaling DTC brands and have a strong performance mindset, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do?
- Lead Meta Advertising Strategy
- Plan, launch, and scale high-performing paid campaigns on Facebook & Instagram.
- Drive efficient customer acquisition with strong ROAS, low CAC, and net-new customer growth.
- Own the Full Funnel
- Design and execute strategies across the funnel-from awareness to conversion-tailored to US consumer behavior.
- Guide Creatives That Convert
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create scroll-stopping ads and test variations for optimal results.
- Manage Targeting & Tracking
- Leverage Meta Pixel data, server-side events, and CRM inputs to build custom/lookalike audiences and improve retargeting effectiveness.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Take ownership of monthly ad spends, track pacing, and align performance to revenue goals through weekly insights and forecasts.
- Analyze & Optimize Performance
- Use Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards to turn data into actionable improvements.
What We're Looking For?
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta ads for DTC brands.
- Proven experience with the US market is a strong advantage.
- MBA from a Tier-1 institute is required.
- Strong command of key performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, AOV, LTV).
- Demonstrated success scaling Meta ad spend from $10K to $100K+ per month while maintaining profitability.
- Data-driven thinker with excellent communication and project ownership skills.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and across time zones.
