We're hiring an Amazon Ads Manager at Xneeti to lead and optimize advertising strategies for our fast-growing eCommerce and D2C brand partners. This role requires deep expertise in performance marketing on Amazon, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to translate data into impactful growth strategies.
What you'll do:
- Own end-to-end Amazon Advertising strategy for multiple D2C and eCommerce brands.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP) to maximize ROI.
- Analyze performance data to derive insights, improve targeting, and scale campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with brand, category, and creative teams to align ad campaigns with business goals.
- Provide regular reporting, dashboards, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on Amazon ad tech, tools, and marketplace trends to ensure industry-leading practices.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently while driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Build playbooks and frameworks for scaling Amazon advertising operations at Xneeti.
What we're looking for:
- 3-6 years of experience in Amazon Ads / Performance Marketing, with proven success in scaling D2C and eCommerce brands.
- MBA from a Tier 1 B-school (IIM, ISB, FMS, XLRI, etc.) preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Amazon tools, and data visualization.
- Demonstrated expertise in campaign management, bid strategies, and ACoS/ROAS optimization.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling strategies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
