As we grow, we're looking for an Account Manager - to serve as the bridge between Xneeti and our client brands - ensuring their online business runs smoothly, grows steadily, and gets the strategic attention it deserves.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned e- commerce client accounts
- Understand each client's product, goals, challenges, and platform presence
- Coordinate listings, catalogue updates, pricing, offers, and inventory flow with internal teams
- Monitor platform performance (orders, ads, conversions, ratings) and share insights with clients
- Handle campaign execution (ads, promotions, launches) in sync with brand goals
- Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports with data- driven recommendations
- Proactively flag risks or blockers and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve
- Contribute to overall client satisfaction and retention by providing strategic and responsive service
Requirements:
- 1- 3 years of experience in an e- commerce or account management role
- MBA from a Tier 1 college
- Experience handling P&l, investory etc
