Role Objective:.

To lead the overall marketing function of the organization by defining brand strategy, driving demand generation, ensuring strong digital presence, and aligning marketing initiatives with business growth objectives across geographies and verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

- Define and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.

- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and communications across all channels.

Team Management & Collaboration:

- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team.

- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align marketing and revenue goals.

- Set clear KPIs for the marketing team and regularly review performance.

Demand Generation & Campaigns:

- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns for lead generation and customer acquisition.

- Track and optimize campaign performance across paid, owned, and earned media.

- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) with revenue goals.

Digital & Content Marketing:

- Oversee content strategy and development (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, etc.

- Ensure strong web presence, SEO, and social media engagement.

- Use analytics tools to measure effectiveness and continuously optimize campaigns.

Brand Management & Events:

- Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging.

- Oversee PR, media relations, event sponsorships, and industry partnerships.

- Represent the company at conferences, webinars, and key industry events.

Key Skills Required:

- Proven experience in leading large-scale marketing operations.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and analytics.

- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g,., HubSpot, Marketo, etc.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

- Strategic thinker with an execution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing roles.

- Experience in [B2B/B2C/Technology/Startup] environment preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- MQL to SQL conversion rates.

- Lead generation and campaign ROI.

- Brand visibility metrics (organic growth, media mentions, etc.

- Digital engagement (traffic, CTRs, conversion rates).

- Marketing-sourced revenue contribution.
