About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager Cyber Security to lead and expand our cybersecurity business portfolio. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and developing go-to-market strategies for XIUSs cybersecurity solutions.


The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology and cybersecurity sales, with the ability to understand client needs, develop customized solutions, and lead sales teams to achieve business objectives in a fast-evolving market environment.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed revenue targets for cybersecurity products and services.


- Identify, engage, and nurture new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, industry events, and partnerships with enterprise clients, government agencies, and channel partners.


- Lead and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and post-sales support.


- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, CISOs, and IT decision-makers.


- Collaborate closely with internal teams including technical, marketing, and product development to design tailored cybersecurity solutions that meet client security and compliance requirements.


- Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, market shifts, and competitive landscapes to ensure XIUS offerings remain relevant and competitive.


- Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, proposals, and RFP responses to prospective clients.


- Track and analyze sales metrics, prepare forecasts, and provide insightful reports to senior management on performance and opportunities.


- Represent XIUS at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership in the cybersecurity domain.


- Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance sales efficiency, customer satisfaction, and solution adoption rates.


- Manage and mentor junior members of the sales team to achieve collective sales goals.


Key Requirements & Qualifications:


- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).


- 8-15 years of proven experience in technology or cybersecurity sales, preferably in B2B environments.


Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains, including:


- Network Security


- Endpoint Protection


- SIEM / SOC / MSSP Solutions


- Threat Intelligence and Incident Response


- Identity and Access Management (IAM)


- Cloud Security and Data Protection


- Demonstrated experience selling cybersecurity solutions and services (MSSP, SOC, SIEM, UEBA, Threat Intelligence, etc.) to enterprise and government clients.


- Excellent understanding of the sales process and ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.


- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive technology market.


- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.


- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.


- Willingness to travel across India and the SAARC region as required.


Preferred Attributes:


- Experience working with telecom operators, BFSI clients, or public sector organizations.


- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and data protection laws applicable to cybersecurity solutions.



- Strategic mindset with the ability to align business goals with technical capabilities.


- Self-driven, target-oriented professional with leadership qualities.
