You can find more about us at www.xindus.net. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the 10X business and operations. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of the 10X suite, ensuring that all business and operational aspects are aligned with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, logistics, and international trade. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: - Develop and implement strategic plans for the 10X business unit, aligning with overall company objectives. - Build the 10X program from 0 to 1, laying the foundation for its growth and success. - Chase the north star metric of GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and revenue goals, driving the business towards these targets. Business Operations Management: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the 10X services including TradeX, ShipNow, X-Fulfil & Returns, ComplianceX, GoGlobal, and RecoverX. - Ensure seamless integration and coordination among all 10X service components. Client and Stakeholder Management: - Onboard and grow D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands into the 10X program, helping them expand their market reach. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction. - Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Team Leadership and Development: - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals to achieve business goals. - Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. - Manage a team responsible for the end-to-end operation of 10X accounts, including listing, marketing, and global supply chain management. Marketplace Expansion: - Expand marketplace relationships to grow GMV for our sellers. - Identify and develop new opportunities to increase marketplace presence and drive sales growth. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: - Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the 10X suite. - Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on program status, performance, and areas for improvement. Compliance and Risk Management: - Ensure all operations comply with relevant local and international regulations and standards. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with the 10X suite. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. - Proven experience in program management, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or international trade. - Strong understanding of multi-channel fulfilment, customs clearance, compliance, and international logistics. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to think strategically and manage complex projects. - Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
