Role: Senior Specialist - HR (Operations, Administration & Talent Acquisition)

Location: Delhi, India

Experience: 3-6 years

Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from TISS, MDI, XLRI (or equivalent Tier-1 HR institute)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to join as Senior Specialist - HR with a focus on Operations & Administration and a small but critical role in Talent Acquisition. The individual will ensure smooth HR processes, employee experience, compliance, and efficient administrative management, while also supporting niche hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

1. Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, and records management. Ensure payroll accuracy through attendance, leave, and compliance validation.

2. Maintain HRIS systems, reports, and analytics for decision-making.

3. Support performance management and policy implementation.

Administration:

1. Manage facilities, vendor relationships, and office administration.

2. Lead employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and R&R programs.

3. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and organizational standards.

4. Monitor and optimize administrative budgets and resources.

Talent Acquisition:

1. Partner with business leaders to understand niche hiring needs.

2. Support recruitment for mid-level and specialist roles.

3. Coordinate with external agencies, campus partners, and internal stakeholders for selective hiring drives.

4. Ensure a smooth candidate experience during recruitment.

Strategic & Cross-Functional Initiatives:

1. Contribute to process improvement and HR automation projects.

2. Use HR data to drive insights and enhance employee experience.

3. Collaborate with leadership to strengthen people operations frameworks.

Skills & Competencies:

a. Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and compliance.

b. Working exposure to facilities and administrative management.

c. Basic to intermediate experience in talent acquisition.

d. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

e. High ownership and detail orientation in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Background:

a. Postgraduate in HR from TISS, MDI, XLRI (or equivalent top-tier HR institute).

b. 2-6 years of relevant experience in HR operations & admin (with exposure to TA).

c. Prior experience in scaling HR processes in a growing or mid-to-large organization is a plus.
