What We're Looking For :

We need a young & driven Chartered Accountant (CA) who can own and manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Tax Compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

This is not a typical desk job. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day finance operations, working directly with vendors, customers, and leadership.

Your Responsibilities :

AR (Accounts Receivable):

- Raise project-based invoices on time with accurate tax compliance.

- Ensure collections happen as per payment terms.

- Manage customer account reconciliations & resolve discrepancies.

- Handle follow-ups and escalations for payments.

AP (Accounts Payable):

- Process vendor bills, verify accuracy & manage payment cycles.

- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve disputes.

- Manage statutory payments like GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc., on time.

- Track outstanding payables & manage cash flow.

Compliance & Tax Filings:

- Prepare & file GSTR1, GSTR3B, TDS returns, and Income Tax filings.

- Handle foreign remittances (Form 15CA & 15CB).

- Manage LCs (Letters of Credit) & import payments.

- Assist in audits, prepare schedules & coordinate with auditors.

Reporting & Analysis:

- Maintain AR/AP aging reports, payment schedules, and cash flow trackers.

- Conduct expense variance analysis to control costs.

- Use ERP & Excel to track, reconcile & report.

What You Must Have:

- CA Qualification is Mandatory.

- 1-5 years of hands-on experience in AR, AP, GST, TDS, and compliance.

- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, reconciliations).

- Experience working on ERP systems (Zoho, Tally, SAP, etc.).

- Ability to hustle, take ownership, and get things done.

- Excellent communication & coordination skills.
