Job Title: Senior Specialist : Finance & HR Operations
Location: Delhi
Department: Finance & Human Resources
Reports to: Finance Manager / HR Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & HR Operations Executive to manage payroll, finance operations, statutory compliance, and administrative functions. The role combines financial accuracy with effective HR and admin support, ensuring smooth employee experience and compliance with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
A) Finance & Payroll (Core Focus):
- Process and manage monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements: PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Gratuity, etc.
- Prepare payroll reconciliations, financial reports, and MIS for management.
- Assist with accounts payable, vendor management, and expense reimbursements.
- Coordinate with Finance for disbursements, audits, and statutory filings.
- Handle employee taxation (declarations, proofs, Form 16).
B) HR Operations:
- Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Draft and issue HR documents (offer, appointment, increment, relieving letters).
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS/ERP.
- Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and policies.
- Support employee engagement and grievance handling.
C) Administration:
- Manage general administration: vendor coordination, travel bookings, reimbursements, and office supplies.
- Oversee facilities and workplace compliance.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operational support for employees.
Requirements:
a) Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or HR (MBA/PGDM preferred).
b) 3-6 years of experience in finance, payroll, HR operations, and administration.
c) Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and Indian labor laws.
d) Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP systems, and HRIS/payroll software.
e) Analytical, detail-oriented, with strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
f) High integrity in handling confidential employee and financial data.
