Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Technical Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in managing Agile development projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with technologies such as Python, Java, PHP, React JS, Angular, NodeJs, Next JS, and CMS platforms like Drupal, AEM, and Sitecore. A certification in Agile methodologies, such as CSM or similar, is preferred. The Technical Project Manager will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, define scopes, milestones, and timelines, ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with development teams, designers, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely delivery.
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Manage product backlog and prioritize tasks in collaboration with product owners.
- Identify project risks and bottlenecks, and proactively develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure that the deliverables meet the required quality standards and client expectations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in Agile development projects.
- CSM or relevant Agile certifications preferred.
- Experience with technologies such as Python, Java, PHP, React JS, Angular, NodeJs, Next JS, and CMS platforms like Drupal, AEM, Sitecore.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage technical and non-
technical stakeholders.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, manage conflicts, and drive resolution across teams.
- Proven ability to lead development teams and deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget.
