We are seeking a data-driven and customer-centric Product Manager with a strong understanding of financial markets, technology, and regulatory landscapes. The ideal candidate should have experience in fintech domains such as payments, lending, wealth management, or investment platforms, with a proven track record of driving product adoption and market penetration. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to shape product strategy. - Define product requirements, prioritize features, and collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop scalable and secure fintech solutions. - Use data analytics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize user experience. - Advocate for the customer experience by gathering feedback through research and testing, ensuring products meet user needs. - Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations, and legal teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvements. - Stay updated on evolving financial regulations and SEBI compliance requirements to align product development accordingly. - Manage product development timelines, budgets, and milestones, ensuring timely delivery of features. - Leverage AI, ML, and LLM models for business and financial use cases, staying ahead of industry innovations. - Effectively communicate product strategies and technical aspects to developers and stakeholders. - Utilize agile methodologies for product development in a fast-paced environment. Skills & Qualifications: - 2-5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Program Manager in the fintech industry. - Expertise in digital payments, lending platforms, wealth management, or investment solutions. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools. - Deep knowledge of SEBI regulations and compliance requirements. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from concept to launch. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or CFP preferred
