
Presales Specialist
Job Description:
We are looking for a Presales Specialist to support the Sales and Account Management teams in acquiring new customers and expanding value within existing accounts.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of digital marketing, MarTech, analytics, and customer experience solutions.
The ideal candidate should be able to connect the dots, take creative leaps of faith, and craft compelling, value-driven solutions.
This is not a Business Development or Inside Sales role.
Instead, this role is about solutioning understanding customer challenges and crafting tailored strategic proposals that position Xeragos capabilities as the best-fit solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft Solutions That Drive Business Impact:
- Develop tailored solutions that help prospects and clients maximize the impact of their digital initiatives.
- Understand customer pain points, map them to Xeragos capabilities, and articulate compelling value propositions.
Pre-Sales Support :
- Assist in preparing strategy presentations, approach notes, pitch decks, and proposal documents for new business opportunities.
- Support RFPs/RFIs by ensuring proposals clearly align with client objectives and industry best practices.
Collaboration with Delivery Team & Case Study Development:
- Work closely with delivery teams to build a repository of capabilities, credentials, and case studies to strengthen proposals.
- Continuously document successful solutions and outcomes to reinforce Xeragos expertise across verticals.
Sales Support & Opportunity Acceleration:
- Regularly conduct market research and provide strategic insights to help Sales and Account Management teams close deals faster.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts.
Requirements and skills:
Experience & Industry Knowledge:
- 2 to 3 years of pre-sales experience in a professional services company specializing in Marketing, Marketing Automation / Campaign Management, Digital Analytics, Content Management, or Commerce.
- Strong understanding of pre-sales processes, including pitching, RFP responses, and solution definition.
Domain Knowledge:
- Familiarity with MarTech, digital experience platforms (DXPs), marketing automation, campaign management, analytics, and commerce solutions.
- Hands-on expertise is not required, but a strong conceptual understanding is a must.
Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving:
- Ability to define/refine value propositions, aligning them with client challenges and industry trends.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinkingcan connect dots across different domains and craft compelling solutions.
Documentation & Presentation Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create high-impact pitch materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to develop structured, well-articulated documents.
