We are looking for a Presales Specialist to support our Sales and Account Management teams in acquiring new customers and expanding value within existing accounts. This role is focused on solutioning, not business development or inside sales. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, with a strong grasp of digital marketing, MarTech, analytics, and customer experience solutions, and the ability to craft compelling, value-driven proposals tailored to client needs. Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop tailored solutions that help clients maximize the impact of their digital initiatives. - Analyze customer challenges and map them to our capabilities, articulating clear value propositions. - Assist in preparing strategy presentations, pitch decks, and proposal documents for business opportunities. - Support RFPs/RFIs, ensuring proposals align with client objectives and industry best practices. - Collaborate with delivery teams to build a repository of case studies, capabilities, and credentials to strengthen proposals. - Document successful solutions and business outcomes to reinforce expertise across different verticals. - Conduct market research to provide strategic insights and help Sales and Account Management teams close deals faster. - Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts. Skills & Qualifications: - MBA preferred, with a strong focus on Marketing, Business Strategy, or related fields. - 2-3 years of pre-sales experience in a professional services company specializing in Marketing, MarTech, Digital Analytics, Campaign Management, Content Management, or Commerce. - Strong understanding of pre-sales processes, including pitching, RFP responses, and solution definition. - Conceptual knowledge of MarTech, Digital Experience Platforms (DXPs), marketing automation, analytics, and commerce solutions (hands-on expertise not required). - Ability to define/refine value propositions, aligning them with client challenges and industry trends. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to connect the dots across different domains. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create high-impact pitch materials and presentations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for developing structured, well-articulated documents
