Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements.

- Conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to elicit business and functional requirements.

- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, and process flow diagrams.

- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional specifications.

Banking Domain Expertise:

- Analyze and support projects related to Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Lending, Payments, Digital Banking, Treasury, or Risk & Compliance.

- Understand banking products, customer journeys, and operational processes.

- Ensure solutions comply with banking regulations and internal policies.

- Support process optimization and digital transformation initiatives within the banking ecosystem.

Stakeholder Management:

- Act as the primary liaison between business users, technology teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.

- Facilitate discussions to resolve requirement gaps and conflicting priorities.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Solution Design & Process Improvement:

- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.

- Develop process maps, workflows, use cases, and gap analysis reports.

- Support solution design discussions and recommend best practices.

- Assist in defining target operating models and business process enhancements.

Testing & Implementation Support:

- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions against business requirements.

- Coordinate defect management and resolution activities.

- Assist with production deployment, training, and post-implementation support.

Reporting & Documentation:

- Maintain project documentation and change logs.

- Prepare status reports, business presentations, and management updates.

- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- 5 - 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst within Banking or Financial Services.

- Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and regulatory requirements.

- Experience working on business transformation, digital banking, lending, payments, or core banking projects.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.

- Knowledge of Core Banking Systems such as Finacle, Temenos, Flexcube, TCS BaNCS, or similar platforms.

- Understanding of AML, KYC, Risk Management, Regulatory Reporting, and Compliance frameworks.

- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
