THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to help in generating leads, managing client relationships, and supporting sales efforts.

If you are goal-driven, have strong communication skills, and are passionate about sales, we'd love to have you on our team.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms.

- Develop new business opportunities by building relationships with key decision-makers in the US market.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software solutions' value proposition.

- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing) to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns.

- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets set by management.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

- MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred or a strong educational background in Business/Marketing.

- Fresh postgraduates with exceptional communication skills and a minimum of six months of internship experience in sales, business development, or a related field are encouraged to apply.

- 2-5 years in Sales, Business Development, or related roles.

- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.

- Experience in B2B sales or lead generation is a plus.

- Ability to take ownership and drive measurable results.

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

- Proactive and a growth-oriented mindset.

- Analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities.

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
