
What You'll Own:
- Drive new business by identifying, pitching, and closing deals with enterprise-level B2C brands.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a focus on consultative selling
- Develop and nurture relationships with CXOs, CMOs, Heads of Marketing, and Digital leaders
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure client needs are met
- Manage the sales pipeline through HubSpot/CRM tools and provide accurate forecasting
- Represent Xeno at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a strong understanding of SaaS/CRM/MarTech
- Demonstrated ability to sell to large consumer brands and close high-value deals
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making
- Proven experience managing long, complex sales cycles
- Hustle, ownership, and a hunger to win were a startup!

- Have experience selling to CMOs or marketing decision-makers in B2C companies
- Have worked in a startup or fast-paced environment
