Role Purpose:

The Enterprise Head - India is responsible for building and scaling XED's enterprise learning business across India. This role owns national revenue, enterprise partnerships, and market expansion, establishing XED as a preferred executive education partner for leading organizations.

The role blends business development leadership, CXO engagement, and market strategy to convert enterprise relationships into sustainable, high-value partnerships.

Detailed Responsibilities:

1. Enterprise Revenue Leadership:

- Own and drive enterprise revenue growth across India.

- Build and manage a strong national pipeline of enterprise opportunities.

- Lead complex enterprise deal cycles from origination to closure.

2. Strategic Partnerships:

- Build long-term relationships with CXOs, CHROs, and senior business leaders.

- Establish XED as a trusted partner for leadership development.

- Convert enterprise relationships into scalable learning partnerships.

3. Market Expansion:

- Identify priority sectors, enterprise accounts and growth opportunities.

- Expand XED's footprint across large corporates and conglomerates.

- Strengthen XED's positioning within the executive education ecosystem.

4. Sales Leadership:

- Build, mentor and lead enterprise sales teams across regions.

- Establish sales discipline, forecasting, and performance management.

- Drive consistent performance against national revenue targets.

5. Strategic Execution:

- Translate business priorities into actionable enterprise growth plans.

- Collaborate with leadership, program, and delivery teams to shape enterprise solutions.

- Ensure seamless execution of enterprise partnerships.

6. Governance & Compliance:

- Uphold professional standards, ethical conduct, and governance.

- Ensure structured pipeline management and reporting discipline.

Educational Qualification:

- A degree in Business, Management, Education, or a related field.

- Advanced business education or leadership certification is an advantage.

Experience:

- 15+ years of B2B/ enterprise sales experience in executive education, consulting, professional services or learning solutions.

- Proven success leading enterprise sales at national level.

- Strong relationships with CXOs and senior business leaders.

- Experience building and leading high-performing enterprise teams.
