It helps organisations reduce cyber risks through employee training, phishing simulations, risk scoring, and behavioural analytics, enabling enterprises to build a strong human firewall against cyber threats.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a VP / Head - Product Sales to own and scale revenue for Threatcop, Kratikal's flagship SaaS product. This role will lead enterprise SaaS sales, define GTM strategy, build the product sales team, and drive adoption across domestic and global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end revenue growth for the Threatcop product
- Define and execute GTM and enterprise SaaS sales strategy
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing product sales team
- Drive large enterprise deals with CISOs, CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, HR Heads, and Risk Leaders
- Manage product demos, pricing, negotiations, and closures
- Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams
- Track pipeline, ARR, renewals, upsell, and churn metrics
- Establish partnerships and channel strategies for product distribution
Required Experience & Skills:
- 12-18+ years of experience in B2B SaaS / product sales
- Strong background in Cybersecurity, SaaS, or Enterprise Software
- Proven experience selling cybersecurity products / platforms (awareness, IAM, SOC tools, risk platforms preferred)
- Hands-on experience with ARR, renewals, upselling, and subscription models
- Strong enterprise deal-closing and leadership skills

- B2B SaaS organisations (enterprise-focused)
- Experience with security awareness / human risk / compliance SaaS is a big plus
