Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our Enterprise acquisition in the India market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential enterprise accounts and exploring use cases in new industries. This role is key to expanding our footprint and elevating our brand among large-scale organizations across the region. This is a pure hunting role.
Key responsibilities:
- Enterprise Acquisition: Own the end-to-end sales process for acquiring new enterprise clientsfrom prospecting to closing high-value deals.
- Market Development: Identify whitespace opportunities and develop tailored go-to-market strategies for different industry verticals.
- Pipeline Generation: Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting, partnerships, and networking.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers to drive deal progression.
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs and pain points to effectively position our offerings as high impact solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and deliver seamless client experiences.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and market insights to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales experience (Hunting role).
- Strong prospecting mindset and the ability to generate meaningful leads from networking events
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage and resolve complex client escalations with a solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business software.
