XcelGrad - Chief Operating Officer

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end business operations and execution

- Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and scalability

- Work closely with leadership on strategy, growth, and expansion plans

- Manage cross-functional teams (Sales, Ops, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)

- Set KPIs, track performance, and ensure delivery against targets

- Build strong processes, SOPs, and governance frameworks

Ideal Profile:

- 10+ years of experience in operations / business leadership

- Strong background in scaling businesses and managing large teams

- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability

- Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making skills

- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
