WWF-India's Retail Fundraising Division (RFR) is looking for a results-oriented and collaborative professional to take forward its established Outreach & Workplace Giving (WPG) vertical.

This role focuses on driving execution, strengthening partnerships, and scaling an already successful programme that bridges corporate engagement, employee giving, and volunteer participation.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme Implementation & Leadership:

- Lead day-to-day operations of WWF-India's Workplace Giving Programme (WPG), which includes two established streams - Corporate Matching and Leaders for Change (LFC).

- Supervise a small team responsible for donor stewardship, analytics, reporting, and corporate partnership delivery.

- Ensure smooth implementation of existing processes, performance tracking, and communication workflows across teams.

- Strengthen systems for monitoring, reporting, and maintaining consistency in donor experience and partner engagement.

Stream 1: Corporate Matching:

- Oversee partnerships with corporate giving platforms (e.g., Benevity) and ensure WWF-India's active participation and visibility.

- Drive acquisition of eligible corporate partners under the matching programme and increase revenue through matched employee contributions.

- Plan and execute hourly volunteering activities - both virtual and in-person - that engage employees and demonstrate tangible environmental impact.

- Track and analyse matched revenue, participation metrics, and corporate engagement outcomes on a quarterly basis.

Stream 2: Leaders for Change (LFC):

- Manage the established Leaders for Change regular giving programme, focused on engaging employees and individuals in sustained monthly giving.

- Drive acquisition of new donors through strategic corporate partnerships and existing WWF-India channels (Face-to-Face, Retention, Digital, and Corporate Alliances teams).

- Lead donor stewardship and retention, ensuring the delivery of quarterly theme-based offerings, communications, and impact reports.

- Coordinate with WWF-India's Environment Education team and State Offices to organise monthly and quarterly nature trails and engagement activities for LFC donors.

- Oversee donor data management, analysis, and regular reporting to evaluate engagement trends and performance.

Corporate Engagement & Partnerships:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Corporate Alliances (CA), Digital, and Marketing & Communications (MARCOM) teams for cohesive execution of campaigns and partnerships.

- Support pro-bono partnerships and paid leasing collaborations with corporates, malls, and events to strengthen WWF-India's visibility and outreach presence.

- Conduct employee engagement and awareness activities aligned with WWF's sustainability and conservation goals.

- Liaise with external stakeholders, partners, and vendors to ensure seamless event and campaign execution.

Programme Management & Reporting:

- Oversee reporting on WPG performance, revenue, and engagement metrics across both streams.

- Manage dashboards and periodic updates to leadership, ensuring data accuracy and timely insights.

- Maintain consistency in internal coordination and cross-team collaboration to support programme scale-up.

- Support annual planning and budgeting exercises, tracking expenditure against programme goals.

Events & Outreach:

- Coordinate and execute outreach events, volunteering drives, and corporate campaigns under WPG.

- Supervise fabrication, setup, and maintenance of WWF-India's kiosks (both physical and digital, including VirtuKiosk).

- Represent WWF-India at relevant events, CSR forums, and corporate platforms to promote workplace giving and employee engagement.

People Management:

- Lead, guide, and monitor 1-2 team members within WPG for timely execution of deliverables.

- Ensure knowledge transfer, alignment, and adherence to WWF's brand and engagement guidelines.

- Collaborate with regional and state teams to support pan-India outreach execution.

Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience in corporate partnerships, employee engagement, fundraising, or sustainability-focused programmes.

- Proven ability to execute multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end and manage small teams.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with corporate partners and agencies.

- Sound understanding of data tracking, donor engagement, and campaign reporting.

- Creative thinker with experience in employee volunteering, brand engagement, or event execution.

- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

- Passion for sustainability, partnerships, and people-driven impact.
