Job Title: Quality Analyst


Experience Required: 4-5 Years


Job Summary:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst with 4-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting process audits, analyzing quality metrics, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall process efficiency and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:


Audit & Quality Monitoring


- Calculate audit sample size based on predefined methodology and business requirements.


- Execute process audits as per the defined audit plan and schedule.


- Document audit observations in the audit tracking file with accuracy and clarity.


- Generate comprehensive audit reports and share insights with relevant stakeholders.


Analysis & Reporting


- Analyze root causes and trends of errors and quality scores.


- Share detailed observations and insights with the QMS Consultant and Operations team.


- Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.


Feedback & Communication


- Provide constructive feedback to users based on audit findings.


- Document feedback via email or audit sheets as per process requirements.


- Conduct feedback sessions to promote quality awareness in collaboration with the QMS Consultant.


Process Improvement & Collaboration


- Identify and suggest process improvements based on audit outcomes.


- Ensure calibration between operations and audit teams to maintain consistency in process understanding.


- Actively participate in process-related trainings and daily team meetings to stay updated on process changes.


Skills & Competencies:


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Proficiency in MS Excel, audit tools, and reporting dashboards.


- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.


- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Masters degree in any discipline.


- Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) is a plus.


- Prior experience in process audits and quality analysis in a BPO/KPO or similar environment.
