Job Summary:


The Key Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important customers. This role involves identifying customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring the highest level of service to maximize customer satisfaction and business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and manage long-term relationships with key industrial clients.

- Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and internal teams.

- Understand client requirements and offer solutions from Wuerths product and service portfolio.

- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to grow account revenue.

- Monitor customer performance, usage trends, and satisfaction metrics.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policy.

- Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and technical support teams to ensure smooth delivery and service.

- Maintain accurate records of account activities, forecasts, and reports in CRM.

- Ensure timely payment collection and resolve any commercial disputes.

- Conduct regular review meetings with clients and prepare strategic account plans.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer dynamics.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.


Qualifications & Experience:


- Bachelor's degree in engineering and Master's in business/commerce (MBA preferred).

- 5-8 years of experience in B2B industrial sales or key account management.

- Experience in managing large clients in manufacturing, automotive, or similar industries.

- Familiarity with SAP/ERP and C-Parts management is an added advantage.
