Role Overview:
The Head Of Human Resource will serve as a pivotal strategic partner to the leadership team, responsible for architecting and executing a comprehensive people strategy that directly supports our ambitious growth objectives. This role involves overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from attracting and onboarding top-tier talent to fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring robust employee relations, and championing learning and development initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with all departmental heads and employees, shaping an inclusive and engaging work environment that drives business outcomes and enhances our competitive edge in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a forward-thinking HR Strategy aligned with the company's vision and business objectives, ensuring a future-ready workforce.
- Lead all aspects of Talent Acquisition, from strategic workforce planning to effective recruitment and selection processes, attracting and securing top talent.
- Design and execute robust Performance Management systems that foster a culture of accountability, continuous feedback, and high achievement across the organization.
- Oversee and optimize Compensation and Benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness, fairness, and alignment with market trends to attract and retain key employees.
- Champion and evolve the company's Culture Development initiatives, promoting an inclusive, engaging, and values-driven work environment.
- Drive Learning and Development programs, identifying skill gaps and implementing initiatives that enhance employee capabilities and foster career growth.
- Implement effective Talent Management strategies, including succession planning and career pathing, to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner, providing expert guidance and support to leadership and employees on all HR-related matters.
- Develop and manage the HR department's Budgeting, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective HR operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to all Labour Laws and maintain impeccable HR Compliance standards, mitigating organizational risk.
- Oversee all aspects of HR Operations, streamlining processes and leveraging technology for efficiency and employee experience.
- Implement and manage HR Tech solutions to enhance HR service delivery, data management, and operational effectiveness.
- Develop and execute strategies for Employee Engagement and Internal Communication, fostering a connected and motivated workforce.
- Manage and resolve complex Employee Relations issues, including effective Grievance Handling, promoting a fair and respectful workplace.
- Lead initiatives for Diversity & Inclusion, creating an equitable and welcoming environment for all employees.
- Utilize HR Analytics to provide data-driven insights, inform strategic decisions, and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Conduct proactive Workforce Planning to anticipate future talent needs and ensure organizational readiness.
- Implement robust Risk Management protocols within HR, protecting the company from potential legal and operational exposures.
- Oversee seamless Employee Onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are integrated effectively and quickly become productive members of the team.
Required Skillset:
- Proven expertise in developing and executing comprehensive HR strategies, demonstrating a deep understanding of the full employee lifecycle within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, build strong relationships, and articulate complex HR concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making to inform strategic initiatives and measure impact.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws, HR compliance, and best practices, ensuring ethical operations and risk mitigation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- A minimum of 5 to 12 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, with a track record of driving significant organizational impact.
- Adaptability to thrive in an on-site, collaborative work environment based in Noida, engaging directly with teams and leadership.
