We are now looking for a Sales Team Leader to drive business growth and lead our high-performing sales vertical. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Leader to play a pivotal role in scaling our Tech-driven Media Agency, BuzzOmni. This role requires a results-driven professional who can lead a team of talented salespeople, manage P&L responsibilities, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media sales and a proven ability to drive revenue growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Drive Business Growth - Identify and secure new business partnerships with agencies and direct -clients to expand market presence. - Develop Client Relationships - Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within enterprise accounts. - Understand Client Needs - Work closely with clients to provide customized media solutions that drive impact and results. - Manage Sales Pipeline - Track opportunities through all sales stages and provide accurate forecasts for strategic decision-making. - Lead & Motivate Team - Inspire, guide, and empower the sales team to achieve their full potential and exceed sales targets. Requirements: - Proven track record in direct brand sales for multiple media formats (Out-of-Home, Print, Radio, or TV experience is a must). - 3-5 years of experience in leading and motivating sales teams. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong understanding of traditional and digital advertising media. - Highly driven, target-oriented, and accountable for achieving business goals.
