About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned, hands-on, and collaborative IT leader to join our team as AGM / DGM - IT. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset to drive technology excellence across the organization. You will play a key role in leading ERP implementations, overseeing IT infrastructure, ensuring information security, and supporting the organization's digital transformation initiatives. The position will report directly to the CIO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end IT operations and technology initiatives across the organization.

- Oversee ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or F&O, including implementation, integration, support, and upgrades.

- Manage and optimize IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud environments, and end-user systems.

- Develop and enforce robust information security protocols, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and risk mitigation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals to foster a high-performing and innovative work culture.

- Monitor and control IT budgets, vendor relationships, and service level agreements (SLAs).

- Drive strategic IT projects and digital transformation aligned with business objectives.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 15-18 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles.

- Strong experience in ERP management, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms (Business Central or F&O).

- Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and information security standards.

- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and cross-functional teams with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
