- Recommend and maintain an organizational structure and optimum staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives. - Prepare Offer & Appointment Letters with correct salary break up and benefit package. - Ensure smooth On-Boarding of the employees and provide orientation plans for newly recruited employees in consultation with the HODs. - Set up the employment agreement policies including definite, indefinite, part-time, seasonal, confidentiality agreements, etc. - Custodian of Employment Policies and ensure compliance and execution of these policies. - Responsible for handling attendance management and payroll. - Ensure maintenance of leave management according to policies and integrate correctly with payroll input. - Administrate punch in and punch out data, ensuring timely data capturing and integration to payroll system. - Prepare payroll data input in coordination with finance and payroll vendor / portal (As case maybe). - Accountable for maintenance of employee Muster Roll. Preparation of HR MIS. - Provide the personnel files, regulations & procedures, acts, salary documents and all other files/documents archived according to best record keeping practices with high confidentiality. - Monitor the attendance, absenteeism, attrition rates of employees and reports it to management regularly. - Submit reports including Head Count Reconciliation in line with approved head count budget - Liaisoning with Govt authorities for legal statutory audits (Labor laws). Handle audits from authorities, internal / external audit teams. - Resolve Employees Grievances with minimal TAT. - Responsible for circulating Internal Communications. - Statutory Compliances related to vendors onboarded from HR perspective. Billing of HR related vendors. - Disciplinary process and ensure that employment termination of agreements is done according to legal procedures and company policies - Executes exit formalities & interviews and analyzes the termination reasons to avoid high employee turnover - Managing all Employee Engagement activities. - Ensure roll out and sustenance of all employee welfare initiatives including Insurance policy benefits and support employees on availing the same. - Liaisoning with inhouse security and BIAL security for Airport Entry Pass for new joiners, Pass renewal for existing staff. - Overseeing Employee Canteen, transport, recreational facilities along with admin team.
