- This person will work closely with the WWT Sales and Global Engineering teams in order drive the awareness, enablement, growth, and profitability of the assigned partner's solutions.
- Detailed and timely communication is critical to the success of this role as well as the consistent execution of the responsibilities listed below.
- Overall strategy, short/long term goals and commitments for the fiscal targets.
- Establish/Maintain top level relationships with the Partner and OEM ecosystem.
- Build rapport with Partner leadership teams.
- Build awareness of WWT capabilities and direction.
- Deep understanding of partner tiering requirements.
- Knowledgeable on all competency and certification programs.
- Ensuring tracking to goals and exceeding expectations.
- Continuous collaboration with the Global Engineering, Business Development Operations, and Corporate Marketing teams.
- Understand and communicate overall requirements & expectations of Partner (OKRs, KPIs, Metrics, Key Activities, etc).
- Track measurable numbers (revenue, costs, budgets, payments, distribution).
- Coordinate and host cadence calls for overall internal/external teams.
- Develop an understanding of our competitive market positioning and WWT's go-to-market strategy.
- Bachelor's or higher degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous successful partner management experience with a Technology company or Technology channel partner company (strongly desired).
- Strong Executive relationship building skills.
- Ability to directly impact and grow the technology business across the sales divisions.
- Minimum 5 years of sales or business experience within the technology field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
- Strong program management skills with ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects/partners.
- Ability to work under uncertainty and incomplete data sets.
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
