Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy Development & Execution

- Develop and execute high-impact, data-driven digital marketing strategies tailored for each of our businesses.

- Utilize guerrilla marketing tactics and unconventional approaches to maximize brand visibility and engagement.

- Implement AI-driven automation tools and CRM systems to streamline marketing execution and optimize results.

2. Content Creation & Social Media Growth

- Lead the creation and distribution of high-converting, viral content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

- Devise aggressive content strategies to drive engagement, conversions, and customer loyalty.

- Analyze social media trends and implement trend-driven marketing campaigns to stay ahead of competitors.

3. Advertising & Performance Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimize high-performance paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

- Continuously monitor, A/B test, and optimize ads for maximum ROI.

- Utilize AI-powered targeting and automation tools to enhance ad efficiency and effectiveness.

4. Growth Hacking & CRM Integration

- Implement and manage email marketing, automation tools, and CRM systems to generate leads and drive conversions.

- Use data analytics and tracking tools to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.

- Identify and execute cost-effective growth hacks to rapidly scale business presence and revenue.

5. Team Building & Leadership

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of interns and content creators to execute marketing initiatives.

- Establish a strong digital marketing team that can support multi-brand content creation and ad management.

- Collaborate with different business units to align marketing efforts with company goals.

We are looking for candidates who Must-Have:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, guerrilla marketing, and growth hacking with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.

- Expertise in content marketing, paid ads, social media strategy, email marketing, and CRM integration.

- Proficiency in AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms.

- Strong analytical skills, with experience in performance tracking, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and deliver tangible business results.
