Requirements: - Should have done a Business Finance Manager role for at least 3 years in companies like Flipkart, Swiggy, PhonePe, Ola, Udaan, HUL, Nestle, Airtel etc. - Has the ability to scale up and adapt to a highly challenging and competitive environment. - Should have been a complete Biz fin owner of at least 1 division of the business. - Preferably should be a Chartered Accountant. Responsibilities: - Your responsibility will be to partner with business leaders and build data-driven plans for achieving month-on-month growth targets - Questioning all the assumptions of business leaders and pointing out blind spots in planning - Ensuring a clear how-list for achieving targets is created which is necessary &amp; sufficient - Be a co-owner of the plan once it is created and ensure it is getting achieved by working closely with the respective business leaders - Enable business leaders and founders to plan and track key business metrics like revenue, contribution margin, EBITDA, net burn, and growth metrics - Setting up trackers and reporting mechanisms to get visibility into the health of the business unit - Call out metrics or areas which are off-track as soon as possible so that problem solving can be done quickly - Diving deep into L3, L4, L5 level data to find out roadblocks or inefficiencies, or answer questions from business leaders or founders - Bring a discipline of thinking and planning ahead so that major challenges are identified well in advance and timely corrective actions can be taken - Bring a rigour of data analysis and data-driven decision making in the business unit
