Job Description:
- Promote People Analytics & Workforce Reporting strategy, support model and execution
- Be responsible for the designing, optimization, and implementation of various reporting and analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and internal customers through the entire report development process from initial intake through report deployment.
- Identify key considerations and enhancements in COE processes and configurations to support the reliability of data within reporting and analytics.
- Understand routine Workday system enhancements and the impacts to reporting and analytics and provide implementation and testing support as needed.
- Support the People Analytics function on key strategic initiatives, including but not limited to enhancing HR scorecard processes, developing HR metrics and methodologies, and supporting HR peers with reporting best practices.
- Serve as an additional resource for producing HR scorecards and data summaries for executive leaders, Board of Directors, and other senior leaders across the organization.
- Train HR team members on Workday reporting and dashboards, ensuring they are proficient in using these tools effectively.
