- Strong knowledge of Workday Business Objects & Data Sources
- Dashboards, Worklets & KPI reporting
- Advanced, Matrix, Composite & Trending Reports
- Stakeholder collaboration (HR, Finance, Payroll)
- Report performance optimization & data validation
- End-user training, documentation, Worksheets & Discovery Boards
- Immediate joiners or short notice preferred
Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Reporting Consultant with strong expertise in building complex, performance-optimized reports across HCM and Finance domains. The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience in advanced reporting capabilities and be confident working directly with HR, Finance, and Payroll stakeholders.
This role requires strong analytical skills, data accuracy focus, and the ability to translate business requirements into efficient and insightful reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage interactive Matrix Reports including headcount analytics, drill-down capabilities, and dynamic views
- Develop Composite Reports combining HCM and Finance data, including sub-reports, prompts, and complex calculated logic
- Create and maintain Dashboards, Worklets, and KPI-based reporting solutions for leadership and operational teams
- Develop and maintain Advanced Calculated Fields using functions such as LRV (Lookup Related Value), Evaluate Expression, and other complex logic
- Ensure strong understanding and effective usage of Workday Business Objects and Data Sources
- Optimize report performance and ensure efficient data retrieval
- Conduct thorough data validation and reconciliation to maintain report accuracy
- Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Payroll teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver solutions
- Provide end-user training and documentation, including creation of Worksheets and Discovery Boards
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and enhance existing reports based on evolving business needs
