Posted 1 month ago

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Own the end-to-end functional solution for PATT engagements, from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and go-live.

- Lead client workshops and design sessions, advising stakeholders on payroll setup, absence frameworks, time tracking rules, and how these modules interconnect within the broader Workday ecosystem.

- Translate complex, often ambiguous client requirements into structured, scalable Workday solutions, clearly articulating design decisions, trade-offs, and risks to both HR and Finance stakeholders.

- Act as the primary escalation point for functional issues on PATT engagements, bringing together client, technical, and delivery perspectives to drive resolution.

- Build strong relationships with client HR, Payroll, and Finance teams, positioning Agilysis as a trusted long-term partner.

- Define the overall solution architecture across Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with Workday best practices.

- Design and govern Business Process Frameworks (BPF) across PATT modules, ensuring routing logic, approval chains, and security policies are fit for purpose.

- Oversee integration touchpoints between PATT and adjacent modules including HCM, Benefits, and Compensation, and provide architectural guidance on third-party payroll and time system integrations.

- Define reporting and analytics requirements across PATT, building custom reports and calculated fields to support payroll reconciliation, absence tracking, and time compliance needs.

- Lead or provide senior oversight across end-to-end PATT implementations, setting quality standards and ensuring delivery is aligned with scope, timeline, and client expectations.

Qualifications & Experience :

- 8+ years of Workday functional experience, with at least 4 years of focused, hands-on expertise in Workday Payroll, Absence or Time Tracking.

- Strong working knowledge of at least one additional PATT module - Absence Management or Time Tracking - with the ability to lead configuration independently.

- Demonstrated ability to own solution design and functional decisions without day-to-day senior oversight.

- Deep understanding of Workday HCM architecture, business process design, and security framework as it relates to PATT modules.

- Proven experience leading client-facing workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder conversations at both operational and leadership levels.

- Experience mentoring or guiding junior consultants on configuration standards, testing practices, and delivery documentation.

- Advanced proficiency in EIB-based data loading, custom reporting, and calculated fields within the PATT domain.

- Familiarity with third-party payroll integration concepts and outbound payroll file design is a strong advantage.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear configuration documentation, release notes, and design artifacts.

- Workday Payroll certification required; Absence or Time Tracking certification preferred.
