Job Description:

We're looking for a certified Workday HCM Consultant to configure, implement, and maintain our Workday Human Capital Management system.

You'll be responsible for ensuring that the Workday platform effectively supports our HR processes, from talent acquisition to employee management and payroll.

Workday certification is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide functional and configuration support for Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management, and Payroll.

- Lead business process configuration, testing, and implementation activities.

- Collaborate with HR business partners to understand requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.

- Assist with the development of custom reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday.

- Support data conversion and migration activities.

- Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful system adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 39 years of experience in Workday HCM.

- Workday HCM Certification is mandatory.

- Proven experience in configuring and supporting Workday HCM modules.

- Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.

- Experience with Workday reporting and analytics.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively.
