Workday Functional Consultant

Role Overview:

As a Workday Functional Consultant, you will be at the forefront of implementing and optimizing Workday solutions for our clients. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements, configuring Workday modules, and providing ongoing support to ensure seamless system operation.

You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders, translating business needs into effective Workday solutions. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' HR and business processes, driving significant improvements in their overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze client business requirements related to Workday modules, including Talent Management and Inventory Management, to design effective solutions.

- Configure and customize Workday modules to meet specific client needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and system standards.

- Develop and execute test plans to validate Workday configurations and customizations, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.

- Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to maintain system stability and user satisfaction.

- Collaborate with technical teams to develop integrations and custom solutions using Workday Studio and Extend, enhancing system capabilities.

- Create and maintain documentation related to Workday configurations, processes, and training materials, ensuring knowledge transfer and system understanding.

- Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and new features, providing recommendations for system enhancements and improvements to clients.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to configure and implement Workday modules, specifically Talent Management and Inventory Management, to meet complex business requirements.

- Proven expertise in developing integrations and custom solutions using Workday Studio and Extend, enhancing system functionality and data flow.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, project managers, and technical teams.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.

- Adaptable to working in a remote or hybrid environment, demonstrating self-discipline and effective time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
