Role Overview:

As a Workday Functional Architect at ZCLUS, you will be a pivotal leader in designing, implementing, and supporting Workday solutions for our clients.

Required Skillset:

- Experience in leading the implementation and has done end to end atleast 4 implementations

- Has independently been a functional architect and may or may not have managed people for the implementations

- Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday US Payroll modules

- Handles end-to-end US payroll processing, including pre-payroll, payroll run, and post-payroll activities

- Ensures compliance with US payroll laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements

- Manages payroll configurations such as earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and retro pay

- Supports year-end activities (W-2, W-2C, quarter-end filings)

- Strong implementation experience in US Payroll.

- Solid understanding of Workday HCM fundamentals supporting payroll.

- Experience with parallel testing, statutory compliance, and payroll integrations.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
