Job Description:

We're seeking a certified Workday Finance Functional Consultant to support, configure, and optimize our Workday Financial Management system.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of finance business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into Workday solutions.

Workday certification is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide functional expertise and support for Workday Financial Management modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking & Settlements, and Asset Management.

- Configure and maintain financial business processes, security, and reporting within Workday.

- Lead requirement-gathering sessions and provide thought leadership on Workday best practices.

- Support data conversion, validation, and migration activities during implementation or new module rollouts.

- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and reporting needs.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all financial configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 29 years of experience in Workday Financials.

- Workday Financial Management Certification is mandatory.

- Proven experience in configuring and supporting Workday Finance modules.

- Strong understanding of financial business processes and accounting principles.

- Hands-on experience with data conversion and reconciliation activities.

- Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and client-facing skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile project environment.
