Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday solutions across HCM/HRIS/Financial modules.
- Work with internal teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Workday configurations.
- Support Workday integrations, business processes, security configuration, and reporting needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within Workday modules.
- Conduct end-user training, create documentation, and assist with change management efforts.
- Partner with project managers and HR/Finance teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Workday projects.
- Perform regular audits, validations, and testing to maintain data integrity and system accuracy.
- Stay updated with Workday releases, new features, and best practices to improve system performance and user experience.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday Consultant (Technical or Functional).
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM, HRIS systems, and/or Workday Financial Management.
- Experience in Workday configuration across modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, etc.
- Knowledge of Workday integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors) is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of HR processes, workflows, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model (on-site + remote).
- Workday certifications preferred (HCM, Integrations, Financials, etc.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, HR, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Workday Security and Reporting.
- Knowledge of data migration, testing methodologies, and implementation cycles.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and drive process improvements.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
